Thoughts

CommerceHQ is a powerful alternative to Shopify.

It seems to be less complicated & easier to use for newer sellers. Everything that the seller ultimately needs to sell is included in the basic package.

There are no other additional transaction fees, whereas with Shopify you’ll find yourself adding additional plugins to make your store look good.

CommerceHQ seems to be more beginner oriented.

Shopify seems cheaper, however, the costs start to add up once you add your plugins.

Here’s a calculator to show you how much BASIC Shopify will cost you based on your monthly revenue.

It would be very helpful to see an example store.

Thank you for your comment. You are right, we are working on it.

Hey Barbara, I have added few examples in regards CommerceHQ dashboard, templates, and drag & drop software. Check it out and let me know if that gives you a better idea of how things work.

      Thank you!

You don’t have to pay for plugins but $99 a month is a bit salty when you are just starting out.

    1. Dana

Totally understandable Lisa. It’s always good to get a different point of view on things. Thank you.

EcommerceHQ comes with the Accelerator App which includes pre-made product and video ads to market on Facebook. This is a nice feature which is not included with a Shopify store.

    1. Dana

Peter, thank you for mentioning the Accelerator App. How are you enjoying EcommerceHQ?
