  • How does this work?

    With a free CustomCat account, you have access to hundreds of products in our catalog for customization. From within the CustomCat Platform, you can select your products, add your design, & export those custom products to your online store. When your customers make a purchase, we decorate that item with your design & ship it directly to your customer on your behalf. You only every pay for the items your customers order as they’re ordered & we don’t have any order minimums.

  • Are there any fees associated with CustomCat?

    CustomCat is free to signup & use, but you can upgrade to our PRO Subscription for better pricing! Here are the subscription tiers:

    CustomCat Lite gives you free access to our entire catalog at our standard wholesale prices.

    CustomCat PRO – is a subscription plan ($25 / month paid annually or $30 / month paid monthly) that gives you 20-40% off of our standard wholesale prices throughout our entire catalog.

  • Who can use CustomCat?

    Anyone can use the CustomCat app to create unique & high-quality custom goods — whether you’re ordering 1 or 1,000 items. If you have a design in mind, our manual order feature makes it easy for individuals without ecommerce experience to get their feet wet with product creation & customization. We also partner with ecommerce sellers all over the world — you don’t need to be based in a particular location to use CustomCat. We ship to nearly every country in the world.

  • How do I pay for CustomCat fulfillment?

    When an order is placed in your store, we charge your preferred payment method for the base cost of the items in the order plus the cost of shipping the items to your customer. You only ever pay for the items your customers order as their orders are placed.  

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept PayPal & Payoneer. You can add or update your payment method from within your CustomCat Settings at any time.

  • How can I order a sample?

    Ordering samples is very easy within the CustomCat Platform. Once you’ve logged into your CustomCat account, click the green “Order Now” button in the left navigation menu. From there, simply select your products, upload your design, & input your own shipping address to have your order shipped to your door.

  • Do you handle returns?

    No. If your customers wish to return their items, they will contact you as the store owner. It doesn’t happen often, but if a subpar item slips through our quality control checks & makes it to your customer, simply submit a support request & photos within your CustomCat app dashboard. We will send an immediate replacement. Your customer will never be asked to return any items to our facility.

    We encourage you to add your valid US address to your shipping labels as the return address from within your CustomCat store settings. If you do not update this address, we will use the address of our production facility in the return address field coupled with your store name. We are unable to handle the returns process on our partners’ behalf, so if your orders are returned to our production facility, they will be donated.

  • What are your replacement & return policies?

    We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer support request with a photo of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible. We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

  • Why should I choose you over your competitors?

    As CustomCat’s partner, you’ll have access to industry-leading prices, retail-quality DIGISOFT® apparel prints, & lightning-fast US-based fulfillment services. We don’t need to wait to hear back from another company before we can get you information about your order. We are the factory — we’ll have answers right away. All of your products are printed in & shipped from our facility in Detroit, Michigan.
