WooCommerce is a FREE WordPress Plugin, and it doesn’t offer any specific themes, however, WooCommerce allows you to design your store based on your needs. Most WordPress themes will work with WooCommerce.

Other ways to customize your store to your particular needs: 

Storefront – Designed by WooCommerce Core developers, it features integration with WooCommerce itself. There are several layout and color options to personalize your shop.

Like mentioned above WooCommerce plugin is FREE but you need a lot more than WooCommerce plugin to run an online business. If you already have WordPress, chances are you already paid for hosting, the cost of a theme, a domain name, and SSL certificate to have your blog or site up and running.   1. Get Domain Name 
  2. Sign up for a hosting account
  3. Install WordPress
  4. Then, install WordPress Theme

Shopify takes care of everything for you. WooCoomerce is for you if you are web-savvy and want to have a complete control of your store.
